Michigan Electric and Gas Association Seeks Candidates for the Position of President

The Michigan Electric and Gas Association (MEGA) is looking for candidates to fill the role of President. The MEGA President serves as the chief executive of the association and reports to the MEGA Board of Directors. She/he administers the affairs of the association in accordance with the bylaws, policies, and programs approved by the Board and is charged with leadership and management of all association activities and functions and management of association staff. MEGA has represented the collective interests of investor-owned utilities, focusing on small and multi-state companies, for over 35 years. MEGA works with the state and federal regulatory agencies, the Michigan legislature, and the entire Michigan energy industry to assure the provision of safe, reliable and affordable electric and gas utility service.

MEPC Presents – How to Make Michigan Carbon Neutral by 2050

NEW in 2021 the MEPC Presents Series  

In light of the ongoing pandemic, the Michigan Energy Providers Conference will be offering short quarterly educational events in 2021 to discuss the key issues impacting the energy industry.  The first one, titled MEPC Presents – How to Make Michigan Carbon Neutral by 2050, will be on January 22, 2021.  Stay tuned for information on additional “MEPC Presents” events throughout the year.
